Late 2010 to 2013 I studied with the Brisitsh College of canine Studies for the Canine Behaviour Practitioner Diploma which I finished with distinction in April 2013 with a practical stint in Leichester, England

in 2014 & 2015 I had the pleasure to attend Turid Rugaas's Seminars in Perth (2014) and Brisbane (2015) Australia. Turid's educational, in depth presentations on canine communication, especially calming signals, observations and natural methods we can apply when working with dogs, were and still are incredibly inspiring to me

In 2016 I found myself back in Brisbane to attend a seminar covering: "Harness versus Collars", "Nosework - Tracking" presented by Elsa Vidts from FreeDogz, Belgium. Her studies on the impact of physical and mental damage by collars and inhibitive harnesses to the dog were enlightening.

In March 2017 I attended the international Dog Symposium, organized by Turid Rugaas and Agnes Vaelidalo featuring speakers from 5 different countries. Alexandra Horowitz, USA Manja Leissner, D Chris Charles, Spain Prof Martin Fischer, D & Prof Daniel Mills, UKIn June 2018 I attended and presented "Roaming with hounds" at the Health & Harmony Dog Symposium in Brisbane. It featured Anne Lill Kvam who presented on Scent work, canine behaviour & communication. Other speakers included: Jenny Golsby from the Complete Pet Company, Lindall Pinchen, Canine Vitality Dr Henry Stephenson & Dr Renee O'Duhring from natural Vets and Caroline Kim from Sydney Holistic Vet Services.In October 2018 I was acceptued as Associate Member of the Pet Dog Trainers of Europe (PDTE)

In March 2019 I attended the International Dog Symposium in Oslo again. The speakers were Prof Martin Fischer, D Dr Chiara Mariti, Kirsty Grant, Els Vidts and Stefanie Rousseau. In June 2019 I attended & presented "Emotions and Hounds" at the Health & Harmony Dog Symposium.2019 also marked to start of study into a new field, Fundamentals in Neuroscience with HarvardX. These studies are ongoing with several different online providers & Lectures.In November 2020, I organised and presented "Pain and the brain" at the Nature of Dogs Symposium featuring speakers such as Anne Lill Kvam on Canine Communication, training methods & Scent work, Sindhoor Pangal from India with her presentation "Live of Streeties" and Elena Saltis, on Animal Physio and rehab. Due to Covid 19 the practical Symposium became an online event with practical part on Sunday the 15th November with Elena Saltis.

Since January 2021, the Canine NeuroPark Charity Trust Field is established. This is a joint venture between SpeakingDog & AnimalPhysioNZ for education, rehab of the canine body and mind. More info under: www.canineneuropark.com
